When things happen in life we tend to deal with it or not. Pushing it down and to the side so you just forget about it- is what must of us do. Holding on to negative thoughts, feelings and emotions from life experiences keeps our energy heavy. We have to release it to be lighter. Clear our energy spots-Chakras, so that our own body’s energy will flow more evenly with out blockages.

“How do I do this?”, You might be thinking right now. There are several ways to do this throughout your daily life. There’s no reason to be heavy with negativity. As we come in contact with other people, technology and our very own thoughts & emotions we start to feel it. So, if you take 3 deep breathes in and slowly exhale as little as once a day, you are mediating that negative energy away. Yes, that’s all it takes to start the process. Three breathes in n out slowly. Clearing your thoughts. Other things would be grounding yourself by taking your shoes off and feeling the earth beneath you. If a tree is near by connect with it. Giving your love to nature only allows the opportunity for nature to connect with you and love you back. The exchange of energy eliminates your negative energy as nature loves you back. You instantly feel peace in your life spark. If you start to ever feel an over abundance of energy you can do this same thing with connecting to nature or taking your three deep breathes. Another thing is a bath or shower. Some people have to learn what their conduit is or power source for opening quickly to energy. For some it’s water, other’s fire, earth or air. Yes the elements do aide us in energy exchange as needed. We are made of water and electricity as humans. What we eat, drink, do, listen to and think all affects our energy.

The next step in clearing your energy field would be to find the modality that fits with you. There are many you can try to see what feels like the best fit for you. Reiki, Crystal Reiki, Angelic Sound Balancing, Yoga, Advanced Angelic Healing, Life Progressions- Current and Past lives, Meditations, Color Therapy, EFT\TFT Tapping Therapy to name a few and there is so much more in the holistic field. Acupuncture, Acupressure, Indian head massage and Herbalism. Aromatherapy is an easy modality that you can start for just yourself and everyone around you. When you start learning about essence oils and herbals you are taken away to another realm of magic that tantalizes your senses. It’s fun finding which sent fit you or heals your soul. My favorite is Sweet Lemon Grass. Just lifts my spirits as soon as it wafts in the air around me. I rub it on my hands and place it on key pressure points. I feel happy once I do.

So, a friend called me their conduit few days ago. I didn’t question it until tonight while just sitting here. What is a conduit? All my life I have been a open channel for divine wisdom love & light. A natural empath and healer. Of course I didn’t understand any of it when I was a kid. I damn sure didn’t know that not everyone was like me when I was young. I’d say at about seven years old I started questioning everyone around me and the religious beliefs I learned as a baptist child of God in small town Pennsylvania. I accepted Jesus at the age of 6 but I always had him. He always has me. I love God and Jesus. Never doubt this fact. I don’t care for religious beliefs and rules on how to love Creator or how you get there to feel Creators love.

Here’s Wikipedia’s explanation of what a conduit is:

A conduit, in esoterism, and spiritual discourse, is a specific object, person, location, or process (such as engaging in a séance or entering a trance, or using psychedelic medicines) which allows a person to connect or communicate with a spiritual realm, metaphysical energy, or spiritual entity, or vice versa. The use of such a conduit may be entirely metaphoric or symbolic, or it may be earnestly believed to be functional.

In Shinto, the public shrine is a building or place that functions as a conduit for kami (神, “spiritual essence”, commonly translated as god or spirit). In Yoruba culture, it is said that Elegba, the son of Osun, became the great conduit of ase (divine energy) in the Universe.

Yep, all the way me.

You might be asking, “How do you know this is what is happening Amy?” “How can I grow my abilities or gifts?” “Can anyone do this?” “Is this of the devil?”

Haha, I know there’s someone out there who will ask or make that last statement. My response is it depends on the person and how they use their conduit abilities. Are they of darkness or of light? Do they wish to heal or to be destructive? ☯ Yin vs Yang. Good vs Evil. Also, who or what are they channeling?

I love creator and all the great wisdom masters who walked this earth 🌎 to bring love & light. Each section of the earth has their own beliefs and religion. The base of each is love. Humankind has set rules to match their society to keep control over the population. In most cases it has worked. It also fuels judgements from religious folks and fear of the all knowing magical loving creator that is Divine love and light. Those who do not follow as other’s believe then they do not know the true way to God! 🙃

So they say.

If you go out into nature and be still or just take a moment out of your day and silent your thoughts, you open up to the loving creator whom you carry within your being, your very essence. You open up to being a conduit by receiving creators energy of love and light. If you practice you can channel divine messages from angels and passed loved one’s. Be a healer, a message bringer or draw inspiration to create art.

The body is made up of water and electricity. Everything living and non living is made of energy. Being open to the natural energy all around us is nothing new. Humans since beginning of time have been able to be a conduit to this energy. As the advancement of science and technology has been developed here on earth, humans close off this natural openness. It has become Non Normal to be open. How sad that is. I am grateful to be an open conduit that can channel the divine wisdom and truth of divine.

Once you let go of the cap placed upon your head by the human experience on earth, you too can be a conduit to this energy and wisdom of divine.

This morning January 7th, 2020; I had the most important moment in life, aside from having my son. I first stirred at the sounds of my friends the crows near my window chattering wildly until I acknowledged them n said, “Okay, enough, I need sleep please.” I felt like they were telling me of something that was wrong. A warning of sorts. Or were they trying to wake me? 🤷🏼

I drifted back off to sleep for like an hour or two. When I slowly came back to this plane of consciousness I was hearing softly at first, Ommmmmmmmm…….. Yeah, I am serious. I visually saw in my minds eye monks in a circle om’ing. I felt them and heard them. There were other noises like trucks going by n cars. All around me was Om! I started in with them as I sat up. ‘What is this?’ I asked myself. I still am not sure. I wrote to The Holiness himself asking why I would hear this and what it means. Then a friend of mine who is in Tibet and is nephew to The Holiness, I messaged him. He hasn’t gotten back to me yet. I feel like maybe it has to do with my journey with the Celestial Dragons. I am not a Buddhist ☸. I have studied and respect all religions including Buddhism. My soul wishes for universal peace. I felt this with the Om as it washed over me. When I was little I would feel this when I would speak to Jesus. Oh wow, I just wrote that here. Yes, I would speak to Jesus when I was little. Age 3. My mom was always very sad and had a heavy heart. I would talk to Jesus about how to help her. I would tell my mom not to cry. Jesus wouldn’t want her to cry. When I was 31 I had a dream of Prophet Mohammad. He was sitting on a rock. Sunlight all around and He spoke with me. I didn’t see his face. I remember telling my ex husband who was Muslim ☪ and I not. He smiled n hugged me then kissed my forehead and told me only the chosen see him, Meaning Prophet Mohammad. I didn’t know what that meant. I still don’t.

I have always held a strong regard for all the world teachers of divine wisdom. All the well known prophets and the one’s not so treasured. There have been many who worked hard to bring love and light to EARTH. Being naturally open to divine I have been asked to do shine my own light. Be famous? No, but to help guide divine wisdom to all who seek it. Be the beacon of light for the ships needing guidance in a rocky sea. Damn with what other’s think! Some times I stop and go Really? Then my guide or the celestial being working with me smiles and says, “yes please.” ALRIGHT! Then I go write or create a image or message a soul needing a message with no fear of how weird it makes me seem.

Ommmmmmmmm…….

Here I AM! Sensing the great monks are healing the world. My assistance needed as well. Also a reminder that I am not alone. The journey is only half way done. The best is yet to come!

Lately while surfing the internet all I see is negativity all around the world. The light workers surfacing more and more being inspired to get their expression of light out to the world to reach those in need of the light spark of divine to shine their brightest on a plane that is so heavy with darkness and negative energy.

The Dragon’s asked me to write about my experience with them. I’m like really? How do you wish me to do this? ‘Just write! We will inspire as you do.’ Spoken to me in mind speak. I nod and say okay Dragon’s, I shall.

My draw to dragon’s has been a long one. I’ve always admired them from the time I was a child. These mythical creatures of magic seemed miss understood to me. Of course there had to be good dragons and bad dragon’s just like there are good and bad in all creature’s. Right? Maybe. So far in the astral plane I have only met loving creature’s who wish for the world to understand how to connect to divine wisdom and truth.

Buddha would transform into a dragon at his highest level of transcending while here on earth and takes the form as a celestial dragon. While teaching at the temple dragon’s would stand guard by him and around his students so they could learn the wisdom and truths of the universe.

You can find dragon’s through out history in the world. Stories and myths in every culture. Dragon’s can even be found in the christian bible. Don’t believe? Research it. I dare you.

The 5 Celestial Dragon’s are unseen dragon’s of energy. They each have a purpose. Once you align with them you unlock 🔑 a world of truth to the universal knowledge. You transcend time and space as your growth in divine wisdom and truth takes place. Like a death and rebirth while on the physical plane of the 3rd dimension. Your ethereal body or astral self as I call it, connects with higher self. You shape shift into your true energetic self or form. Does this mean like whoa you turn into a crazy beast on Earth? Nope! It’s all on a unseen higher level.

It does make you feel stronger, braver, kinder, more loving and you are away from the heaviness of ego. The Celestial Dragon’s move in to transform you quickly helping to elevate things in your life that cause harm to you. They watch over you and protect you. They lead you to those who are need of the celestial journey. Who are meant to be on a higher vibrational level then what they are currently traveling. Celestial Dragon’s are sacred beings just as the angel’s are. They hold the key to the universal knowledge of I AM. (Creator)

I am humbled to tears as I write at this moment. I hope as you read this you feel the pure love pouring through me as I am a channel this very moment being guided to share with you this information. Love & Light is a power no words can describe when it consumes you like a cosmic hug consuming you lovingly. Shoots into the top of my head and out my hands and feet as well as every chakra all at once. Just amazing. Feel it.. Close your eyes Right Now! Breathe in slowly closing your eyes and be still. Connect to them. They wait for you. How do I know? You’re here reading this. They guided you to find me. 🐉

When we sleep this gives our souls a chance to have a break from the heaviness of the physical body. We are linked with our body by a golden strand that brings us back when needed. In our travels we can go anywhere and visit anyone we wish. Another dimension? Yes! To visit with a past loved one? Yes! Meet with your friends sure. There has been research done on dream traveling that you can find if you research it on your own.

When I started my dream travel journey, I would keep a journal by my bed side table. I would write a travel intent before laying down to sleep and then as soon as I woke up I would write down what I remembered from my dreams. It really does work.

As I began the journey it was like starting an astral college learning how to fly, learning where to go and making friends. My astral self joined me or rather I became her. She is my celestial self form. Strong warrior angel princess named Zoynia. I have had some strong wild journeys with her. At some point you begin tapping into the travel astral plain when awake. It seems to happen when your most needed to complete a task. At least that’s how it works for me. It may not be the same for everyone. I have a different purpose then most. Who I am back home (heaven) leads me to have many astral lives and not just here on Earth at one time. Whoa right?

What the heck you talking about Amy? Lol 😆😝 I know right! Yet at same time it happens.

Dreaming is just dreaming right? Hmm, good question.

I find that dreaming is dreaming but astral traveling with your astral body is a different experience then just dreaming.

Proof of bleed through travels, which is when your astral experience is bleeding over into physical 3rd dimension, is real. I personally have had this happen to me. It was scary for my then six year old to witness my back bleeding from being whipped by a captor in my astral travels. As I woke up the markings and blood disappeared because my frantic son who was shaking me to wake because I was bleeding on my back calmed down and said,”Oh, it’s gone.” I had asked what was wrong for him to be so upset he told me I was bleeding on my back. Then I got up and went into the bathroom and I had triangle 🔺 markings one on left breast right below the collarbone and then another on my neck. I went and showed a friend who owned a spiritual shop and she had me take photos. Later I sent it to my friend n my teacher of this subject and he went and freed me. Telling me it was a lizard like creature dressed as a brown druid. They used these triangle 🔺 markings to mark someone who was to be used for something later on. He wasn’t sure what this creature wanted me for. This creature took my stones knowing I’d come look for them. I did n he captured me. I do not know why still to this day. The more you grow in your spiritual discipline the more you experience in life.

Your metaphysical body is your soul, your God spark.

Doesn’t matter what religion you follow, it doesn’t change this fact.

Most humans are okay being inside the box 📦. Not expanding their spiritual wisdom. These are those who strictly follow just their religious beliefs. Some make it hard for those of us who see beyond the box 📦.

If you are inside the box and you are searching for self wisdom and knowledge, keep going. Keep learning.

Self love is 🔑 key.

Metaphysical worlds are vast. Life does go on beyond the Earthly Planes.

Crystals or semi precious stones are found within and on the Earth. They have their own energy that vibrates at its own rate. Some say crystals are alive in their own ways. A crystal lends its energy to its friend. It’s like a crystal chooses you. If it likes your energy it will open up to you exchanging energy properties with its friend.

There is tons of information you can find about rocks and crystals online. There’s even apps now that you can download.

Just a few favorites of mine are Rose Quartz, Clear Crystal Quartz, Tiger’s Eye in all of it’s wonderful different colors you can find it in, Citrine, Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, Jade and Onyx.

I have many more that I work with spiritually but that’s just a few good starters for someone who is trying to learn more.

Everything on Earth in nature has healing properties. Wood, Shells, Stones, Crystals, Plants, Animals and Humans. It’s how you connect with the web of energy that brings about a positive or negative effect around you and the world.

Be mindful with your self and the energy you place in and around you please. If we wish for harmony we can have it by connecting to others who wish for the same thing.

Crystals heal and bring peace and harmony to the EARTH. Humans disrupt this a lot. When they find their human friend it brings them happiness after being torn apart and taken from Earth. Is it their destiny? They think so. When you find your perfect fits for each stone n crystal or are being called to “pick me up” as I call it, do so with happiness and shower you gift with pure love an light.

As a Reiki and Crystal Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, I use crystals daily in my life all around me and in my work. I witness their love in healing and in life magical ways. Each one has a purpose. Healing, family, love, protection, focus, blessings ect. When you start researching this information you will see and feel the magic of love & light from your crystals.

Sigil Symbols date back to the beginning of humankind being here on Earth. Shamanism, Wicca, Druids, Vikings and many other culture’s who believed in magical ways have used Sigil Symbols.

What are they for you ask? Well they represent the out come of a situation you desire. Each line or dot has a purpose. The person creating the sigil symbol is placing the power of intent into what they are drawing, that creates power into the symbol. The more its used the more power it will have. Gathering the energy put into it from all who have used it to be evoked or opened once called upon by drawing it out. I bring to you today the recipe to create your own Sigil Symbols.

The image above is a number letter grid from 1 though 9 with the letters in alphabetical order matching each number.

You write out a sentence or phrase you desire to come true. Cancel out all vowels and any repeated letters.

Then you look on the number letter grid and find what number your letter matches. Then you write the number down.

Start with the first number and draw a line to each following number until complete. You then will have your power symbol that you can draw on objects or yourself. To activate this symbol you burn it to open n seal the energy you placed into it.

Here’s one I did the other day for the new year cycle.

Someone asked me, “How do I walk in Love and Light? I am searching for my bigger purpose in life, Amy. I am not even close to being content. I know God has something else for me to be doing. I just keep praying for his guidance.”

I wrote some quick notes of inspiration to them. I had this feeling that more of us are feeling this very same way. I have asked divine for clarity as I connect and give a clear message for us all to better understand the walk in Love & Light.

I started by assessment of my own feeling on this subject. Which is what I sent back in my message.

Walking in love and light is what anyone in a religious practice strives for but doesn’t know it.

When you are still n quiet during prayer, that is you being in love and light. Love & Light is having peace within your soul feeling positive and having faith not just with creator but with yourself. Being content with everything.. Sending out loving thoughts n energy to the universe an anyone in need. Its a moment. Daily practice of love n light. Connecting with your own light within which is your god spark. Shining brightly that light to the world.

Then I googled Love and Light.

Love is found in every single religious belief on EARTH in some form. It’s the one key that connects them all together. The light is what is inside of you. Your hope, joy, happiness, kindness, peace, sense of self and other’s. The positive vibrations you feel in these moments. It’s all of it. Doesn’t matter what beliefs you labeled yourself with, love & light are key to your journey on Earth. Without love & light you are a dark heavy negative energy. What a sad experience you are enduring. Only you can break the darkness within.

How though Amy? How do I get to that place of love & light?

You start over with yourself. You go within yourself and really get to know YOU. It’s a process. You forgive yourself of past wrongs. It’s okay to say, “I am sorry for being so mean to you”, as you look into a mirror. We are our own worst enemies most of the time. We feel guilty for not loving everyone else so much. We feel not good enough for everyone but mostly ourselves. We just don’t admit it. We spend 100% + time with ourselves, inside our heads. If we are not kind to ourselves, we are mean to ourselves. That’s the 1st step in walking in love and light, being kind to ourselves. Love self 1st and then you can shine brightly to love everyone else. Loving self is looking in the mirror and saying ‘Hey, I love you. You’re awesome.’ It’s also investing time in yourself to keep your soul vibrations high so you’re not feeling so depressed.

You know how you feel relaxed and calm when laying in bed listening to the soft rain of a warm sunny day hit the window? Just something about the sound and the feeling in the air that relaxes you. Or when you are out side hiking in the woods and you stop and look around and feel connected to everything around all at once? It feels amazing! You can have those good vibe feelings daily just by doing simple things to keep your energy vibrations up within so then your metaphysical body shines like the sun. Walking in love and light is prayer, a sense of peace and knowing, daily positive affirmations and self knowledge and growth. Being aware of one’s self is a huge key to walking in love and light. Doesn’t mean you faulted from your relationship with God if you walk a path of love and light. On the contrary, you’re building your self to serve your relationship better with creator, no matter what religion you follow, when seek to walk in love and light. Being kind, thoughtful and loving to yourself and other’s. That makes your walk on your life journey the best walk EVER!

In closing- Please be kind and loving to yourself daily. Thoughts are powerful. Keep your thoughts positive and not destructive. The energy behind every thought goes out to the universe and then back to you 10 times stronger. Walking in love and light makes you a more positive energy vibration in the universe.

Life Magic. You hear it a lot lately this time and age that we are in. What is it? What does it mean? Life Magic is the power of belief one has in something that goes out in to the universe and then back to the person in positive ways. Divine being the Master Creator and all who are on the other side of the vail of the earthly life send also LIFE MAGIC! Divine Creator believes in and loves us very much. When we reach out to creator, weather in prayer form or mind speak, like prayers, that energy we send out is given back to us. This works on all levels of our life journey. The energy we put out we get back.

AKA KARMA!

That is why it’s so important to pay attention to your thoughts you put out to the universe. You manifest what you are putting out there. Life magic is your magic from within. Yes, you can use your energy in negative ways. AKA: Black Magic. Then you should also be prepared to gain that back as well 10 fold. As a soul of white light & love, it is important to walk a path of love & light living a life of pure divine truth. Your spiritual path is one of your own. Only you can determine the level of growth you wish you be at. Have you researched and learned all that you need to? Are you constantly learning something new to add to your gifts to the world this life time? Can you stop what you are doing and take inventory of your life and say, “Yes, I am truly happy right here and now! Thank you.”,? If that is a no, then my friend you must follow what your heart and soul is trying to tell you. Many of us get stuck in life. Comfortable where we are. Every time and place has a phase. Just like the moon cycles. If we are not going with the phases and changing to become the greatest we can be for the highest of our own greater good, we will find ourselves with depression and having anxiety mixed overwhelming worries. You will see so many guru’s in the spiritual communities who talk about love and light. Find more and more saying they are Holistic Healers. There is a very big reason for this. This time and age here on Earth is full of heavy negativity and darkness. The light bringers are here to help those who are in need to break from this heaviness and negativity. Learning to connect to your LIFE MAGIC, you inner LIGHT is the very best thing you could do, not only for yourself but for every single person you love around you. We live daily feeling like we are missing something deep inside our souls. It’s the connection to Divine. Before we come here to Earth we are surrounded by Creators majestic all forgiving, all powerful Love. In color form it is every single color shining in a rainbow form all around us. Creator desires a relationship with His/Her children. I say His/Her because creator is both Father and Mother. His/Her children here on earth, His/Her humans were made to mirror his/her image. Everything on Earth is made to reflect creator’s image and beauty. The female aspect is all moving and powerful. The Male aspect is powerful, loving and steady in one place; like a ball of bright golden light that shines in all of us. Father and Mother are what creates LIFE MAGIC. Every single soul who has come here to learn grand lessons and teach the world of Creators pure divine love has had the hardest lessons and trials during their life journeys on Earth. There are many. Some have become the face and heart of religions. They were not aware that their journeys would last thousands of years. Their stories embellished over time but that is okay with them. It got the point across to the world. That Creator is REAL!

With every incarnation of creators life spark, (aka = You reading this!) is a journey creator gets to experience through us. We were given free will to love, laugh and live here on Earth as well as other dimensions & planets. What greater way can we serve our creator than to learn and grow for Him/Her?

When you calm your mind & soul and reach from within up and out with your consciousness, you are reaching out to home. To divine father and mother and all those who wait your return at the end of you life journey. You chose Earth for a reason. The human experience. Yes, that is right. The human experience. The way things taste, feel, smell and look like all are just a few of the amazing gifts Creator has granted for journey on Earth. We miss this so much when back home that we choose to take another life journey just for the thrills and to enjoy the souls we miss while they are on their life journey’s. That is why grief is so hard for souls when they say bye for now to their loved one’s. We miss them being with us. At last, they await our return to them. If they can not wait, they will return to us as grandchildren, nieces or nephews or friends children just to be near us once again. Take a look at your life. Take notice of the young ones around you. You feel like you know thier souls already? You probably do.

In ending this message from me to you- I hope that you will find ways daily to connect to your Life Magic. Make your daily wishes, say your daily I Am’s, write out what you are grateful for within your life daily or just make a mental note of all that has been granted and feel Divine’s love for you. Reach out your life to those who are in need of shining brighter from within. You never know what one is going through. They may just need a little bit of your light to spark thier own life magic. Remember that no matter what you are going through you are very loved. Even if you do not feel like it at times while on your journey. YOU ARE LOVED! We are all with you watching and guiding.
