
When things happen in life we tend to deal with it or not. Pushing it down and to the side so you just forget about it- is what must of us do. Holding on to negative thoughts, feelings and emotions from life experiences keeps our energy heavy. We have to release it to be lighter. Clear our energy spots-Chakras, so that our own body’s energy will flow more evenly with out blockages.
“How do I do this?”, You might be thinking right now. There are several ways to do this throughout your daily life. There’s no reason to be heavy with negativity. As we come in contact with other people, technology and our very own thoughts & emotions we start to feel it. So, if you take 3 deep breathes in and slowly exhale as little as once a day, you are mediating that negative energy away. Yes, that’s all it takes to start the process. Three breathes in n out slowly. Clearing your thoughts. Other things would be grounding yourself by taking your shoes off and feeling the earth beneath you. If a tree is near by connect with it. Giving your love to nature only allows the opportunity for nature to connect with you and love you back. The exchange of energy eliminates your negative energy as nature loves you back. You instantly feel peace in your life spark. If you start to ever feel an over abundance of energy you can do this same thing with connecting to nature or taking your three deep breathes. Another thing is a bath or shower. Some people have to learn what their conduit is or power source for opening quickly to energy. For some it’s water, other’s fire, earth or air. Yes the elements do aide us in energy exchange as needed. We are made of water and electricity as humans. What we eat, drink, do, listen to and think all affects our energy.
The next step in clearing your energy field would be to find the modality that fits with you. There are many you can try to see what feels like the best fit for you. When you start learning about essence oils and herbals you are taken away to another realm of magic that tantalizes your senses. It’s fun finding which sent fit you or heals your soul. My favorite is Sweet Lemon Grass. Just lifts my spirits as soon as it wafts in the air around me. I rub it on my hands and place it on key pressure points. I feel happy once I do.
